Houston is a project/issue tracking software system designed to simplify development and project management for geographically dispersed teams.  The system is completely browser based.  There is no client application installation or maintenance.  It helps coordinate all the other services that we provide in one easy accessible system. 

The most important feature is the business value that it provides.  Because of its design, it allows you to take full advantage of outsourcing and hit price points that would otherwise not be possible.  Time zone support is built in and ability to upload all kinds of attachments is also part of the system.  Some distinctive features like ability to subscribe to changes and automatic messaging, sets Houston apart from the off the shelf products.

Houston offers a source code versioning integrated with an issue tracking and task management system, and resource management.  Although built on Microsoft technology, the system supports Java or any other environment which requires a central repository for version controlled documents.

Access to the system is controlled via an administration module used for complete user management and a role based security system.
